Automated powder application for a repeatable workflow

The S-24 distributes TPU adhesive powder over printed transfer film before it enters the drying stage. Automatic powder-weight distribution control reduces the need to powder each transfer by hand, while auto and manual operating modes let you manage the process for your application.

Confirm the powder, film and ink combination before production. Coverage and curing settings still need to be matched to the consumables and the manufacturer's instructions; automation does not replace application testing.

Control infrared heat and film movement

Top and bottom infrared drying: Heat the powdered film as it passes through the curing section.
7-inch LCD interface: Adjust temperature and select the appropriate operating mode.
Mesh/belt-driven vacuum conveyor: Support and transport film through the machine.
Tension feed and take-up reel: Manage film movement through the finishing workflow.

For an integrated installation, verify the printer's film-feed arrangement and working space with GPI. The S-24's 24-inch maximum width is a film-handling specification, not a guarantee of compatibility with every printer.

Built-in filtration with a planned maintenance routine

A built-in air purifier uses charcoal and HEPA filtration. STS also specifies a TPU-chamber safety sensor and dual automatic shutoff sensors designed to help prevent overheating.

Plan filter replacement, powder cleanup and service access as part of installation. Built-in filtration is not a substitute for following the equipment instructions, consumable safety data sheets and your shop's ventilation requirements. Keep guards and safety devices in place during operation.

STS S-24: questions before you buy

Is this a DTF printer or a printer bundle?

No. This product is the standalone S-24 powder shaker and dryer. It finishes printed film; a compatible DTF printer and a heat press for garment application are separate equipment.

Can it work with my existing printer?

STS describes independent operation or use with an STS DTF printer. Provide GPI with your printer model, film width and feed arrangement so the complete workflow can be checked before purchase.

Does it plug into a standard 120 V outlet?

No. The published requirement is 208/220 V, single-phase, 30 A, with 6 kW power consumption. Confirm the actual connection and circuit requirements with a qualified electrician.

Are freight and setup included?

Freight and any liftgate, residential or inside-delivery services must be quoted for your destination. Installation, training, consumables and warranty coverage must be expressly stated in the written quote; they are not assumed included.
