Make room for larger products and more flexible batch layouts. The Mimaki UJF200-6042 UV-LED flatbed printer combines a 24 x 16.5-inch printable area with support for objects up to 9.8 inches thick and a 44.1 lb media load. Personalize suitable promotional goods, decorate industrial components or arrange multiple parts in a fixture for repeatable direct-to-object production.

  • 610 x 420 mm print area: An A2-equivalent workspace with a wider printable span than the UJF200-3042.
  • Available fluorescent pink and yellow: Expand creative options with a supported EFS-150 configuration.
  • Hard or flexible UV ink choices: Select the supported setup for your substrates, with white, clear and primer options according to configuration.
  • Optional camera and belt automation: Build a workflow around your positioning and handling requirements.

Price and package: The displayed $39,995 is Mimaki USA's published U.S. MSRP for the printer, not a confirmed installed package. Request a written quote for your ink configuration, availability, freight and services. The dedicated stand, camera and belt options are not included unless itemized. Product images may show optional equipment.

Working mainly with smaller products? Compare the UJF200-3042 and its 11.8 x 16.5-inch print area.

UJF200-6042: more room for products and batch layouts

A 24 x 16.5-inch printable area with the same 9.8-inch object clearance

The Mimaki UJF200-6042 gives you a wider 610 x 420 mm workspace for suitable larger products, multi-part fixtures and flexible batch arrangements. Decorate promotional goods, custom accessories, signs and industrial components directly with UV-LED printing rather than limiting your workflow to thin sheet media.

More print area does not mean a higher load limit. The 6042 shares the series' 250 mm object-height capacity and 20 kg media-weight limit. Select it for the wider printable area, then match the ink configuration, positioning options and material testing to your production needs.

The published U.S. MSRP is $39,995. Request a complete equipment quote for availability, configuration, freight and services. The dedicated stand and automation options shown in manufacturer images are optional unless explicitly included in your quote.

Make room for thicker objects and specialty applications

Up to 250 mm / 9.8 inches of media thickness and 20 kg / 44.1 lb media weight

Both UJF200 models accommodate objects up to 9.8 inches thick, extending direct-to-object opportunities beyond small flat blanks. Explore suitable boxes, cases, components, promotional products and other customized goods while staying within the selected model's printable area and media-load limit.

Evaluate the actual print surface. Object height alone does not establish printability. Shape, surface geometry, fixture design and the permitted printhead clearance matter. Sample products pictured are application examples, not included supplies or a guarantee of suitability for every material.

Plan repeatable placement with suitable jigs, confirm the full loaded setup with GPI, and test adhesion and end-use durability on the actual substrate before a production run.

Choose hard, flexible or fluorescent ink capabilities

Build the ink configuration around the material and finished effect

The UJF200 series supports ELH-100 hard UV or ELS-120 flexible UV ink setups. White and clear capabilities depend on the selected configuration, while PR-200 primer provides an additional option for supported applications requiring adhesion assistance.

Available fluorescent pink and yellow. EFS-150 fluorescent inks expand creative choices for eye-catching graphics, promotional goods and specialty decoration. They require a supported configuration and are not automatically included with every printer.

Choose before ordering. Not every listed ink color or family is installed simultaneously. Confirm the channel arrangement, initial ink package and suitable workflow with GPI. Do not substitute older UJF ink families based on similar names or assume inks are interchangeable.

Material coatings, preparation and curing affect adhesion and durability. Test your application; special-use requirements such as food contact or washing need separate verification.

Choose hard, flexible or fluorescent ink capabilities

Add camera positioning and belt automation as your workflow grows

Optional equipment for suitable placement and handling tasks

The optional camera system can detect object position and orientation and support print-data alignment through the supported RIP workflow. It is designed to reduce repetitive manual positioning work on suitable applications, rather than eliminate the need to validate object recognition and print placement.

An optional belt system adds automated material handling possibilities. Discuss your object shapes, loading and unloading process, target job sequence and production volume with GPI before selecting automation equipment.

Options are quoted separately. The camera, belt system and any required accessories or integration are not included in the displayed printer MSRP unless itemized on your written quote. The illustration shows an optional workflow, not the standard delivered package.

Add camera positioning and belt automation as your workflow grows

Plan a repeatable UV printing workflow

Connect artwork, material testing, fixtures and maintenance

Mimaki specifies RasterLink8 for the UJF200 series. Plan your artwork preparation and supported color, white, clear or primer output around the ink channels actually installed in the printer. Confirm the supplied software license, workstation requirements and any option-specific workflow before purchase.

Compare output using your real job. Print mode, image coverage, white or clear layers, object positioning and operator handling all affect practical production time. A sample run with your artwork and material is more useful for capacity planning than a headline speed alone.

Keep maintenance and safety in the plan. Follow the current UJF200 operating and care instructions, ink safety data and required ventilation measures. Allow room for access, loading and servicing beyond the published printer footprint.

UJF200 questions before you buy

Are fluorescent inks standard? No. Fluorescent pink and yellow are available through a supported EFS-150 ink configuration. Confirm the installed channels and initial ink package in your quote.

Does the price include a stand, camera or belt system? These are optional unless expressly itemized. Manufacturer photographs may show a stand or accessories that are not part of the quoted base printer.

Can it print any object under 9.8 inches tall? No. Print area, object geometry, positioning, surface preparation and approved printhead clearance also matter. Submit representative items for an application review and sample testing.

Which model should I choose? The 3042 provides an 11.8 x 16.5-inch printable area; the 6042 expands the width to 24 inches. Choose according to your largest job, batch layout and available installation space, not object-height capacity alone.

How are freight and installation handled? Request a written quote covering freight, crate details, access and unloading arrangements, electrical and ventilation requirements, installation and training. No free freight or included on-site service is represented here.

What warranty is listed? Mimaki USA lists a one-year warranty for the series. Confirm current coverage, exclusions and applicable service terms with your equipment quote.

What is the downloadable document? The download below is the official UJF200-3042/6042 Safety Precautions document, not a sales brochure or a replacement for the full operating manual. Current operation and maintenance documents are linked in the product instructions.

Know before you buy

Size the job, not just the table. The printable area is 610 x 420 mm. Confirm product dimensions, print-surface geometry, fixtures, loading access and total table load. The larger printable area does not increase the series' 250 mm height or 20 kg media-weight limit.

Choose the supported ink setup. ELH-100 hard UV and ELS-120 flexible UV are different configurations. EFS-150 fluorescent pink/yellow and PR-200 primer require supported channels; all listed colors are not necessarily installed together. Test adhesion, preparation and end-use durability on your actual material.

Plan the installation. The published printer dimensions are 66.1 x 45.9 x 31.4 inches, excluding ink-bottle and dedicated-stand height. Allow extra operating/service clearance and confirm support, room access, ventilation and the specified single-phase AC 100-240 V electrical service before delivery.

Check the written package and freight quote. The listed $39,995 is U.S. manufacturer MSRP. Confirm orderable configuration, initial inks, RIP/license, computer, stand, accessories, freight, unloading, installation and training. These extras are not promised as included. Published 412.3 lb machine weight must not be used as packaged shipping weight.
