DTG Anajet MP5i Maintenance

So I bought a used Anajet MP5 from online didn’t even know if the thing worked, I called Garment Printer Ink an was connected to James... Man oh man, he helped me out from start to finish, asked me to bring my printer in and literally troubleshooted and fixed my printer right there on the show room floor. He changed 2 printheads, purge lines, dampers and all the while was coaching me on how to fix the machine and maintain it... These guys are the real deal.. Great customer service, very nice staff.. The owner Dean was great and checked in with me periodically while James fixed the printer... You just don’t find companies like this anymore... AND the price was very reasonable.. I now have my printer home and have already started making money an selling shirts... Thank you guys so much!! I give this place 10 Stars for everything and I highly recommend them...
